2. What materials is your jewelry made of? Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials including 316L Surgical Implant-Grade Steel and ASTM F-136 Ti 6AL4V ELI Implant Grade 23 Titanium (ISO 5823-3 compliant), as well as 14k gold options. All products meet international safety standards.

3. What is the size of your threadless labret pin and post? 99% of our threadless labrets use the standard 0.45mm thick pin and 0.55mm wide hole post, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

4. Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes! We offer competitive wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us or apply for a wholesale account to get started.

5. When will my order ship? In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Out-of-stock items are typically restocked within 3-4 weeks.
